Birthday Fun!!!!

Yesterday we had a big Cars birthday Bash!!! Since, all of the boys birthdays are in September (Lucas turns 4 on the 24th, Micah turns 3 on the 19th, and Ethan turned 1 on the 1st) we combined all of the kids party into one. The kids had lots of fun and got too many gifts (where to store all the toys and books is our new question). Ethan had his first piece of cake. The kids had a candy hunt. We tried some other games but, they are just too little. And Pop-Pop and Grammy Jo flew in for the birthday party. We love to celebrate the 3 little lives that the Lord had entrusted to us. It is a joy to see our little boys grow. If you think of them... pray that the Lord would save each of them and grow them into godly men.

We have a walker!!!

I have been trying to post this video for a few days now but it has not been working. Ethan has been taking a few steps here and there for the past month or so. But, with in the last week and a half he has started to walk.

Lucas' 1st Day of School 2007

This is Lucas' second year of preschool. He has a wonderful teacher this year named Miss Barnes. He was very excited to go to school today. He was even asking Ethan to put on shoes so that we could leave. Lucas already had his shoes, sweatshirt, and backpack on and was ready to go.

Well, no cake picture because we are waiting until the big Birthday party for all 3 brothers on the 15th. He loved this table toy that we found on clearance at Target for $6.24... we love bargains. We love our kids even more. It has been a joy to have Ethan in our lives for the past year. We look forward to many more.

What... Make-up on my son!!!

Well, this morning we heard clank, clank, clank from the hall bathroom... Micah had gotten into Becky make-up. He was covered... as well as the walls, the door, and the floor. It all came off after a bit of scrubbing.

Pictures Again!!!!

Well after much wait we have picture again. We had some money for house fixing and decide that picture of the kids were much more important... the kids are growing and we will miss a few months of their lives in photos if we did house repairs... house fixing can always wait. Plus, we got a great deal on a camera at Costco.com!!!

The Greatest News of the Summer!!!!!

Lucas' teacher is not returning and he will be getting a new teacher!!! We are thrilled for this new opportunity. We pray that she is a good match for Lucas. We will meet her for the first time on Tuesday and Lucas begins school again on Wednesday. Also, Lucas' UW therapy is coming to an end. We will really miss all of his great therapists and case supervisor. We are glad to have life back "normal" for whatever that may be for us. It will be strange not to have someone in our home every morning at 8 am and then again at 2 pm in the afternoon. We are hoping that Lucas will adjust well to the less "structured" time at home. Sorry for the delay in uploading these pictures to the blog... they were on Sean's laptop. These are from June when Sean Uncle Jerry and Aunt Janice came to visit. Sean's uncle took some great pictures of the boys... enjoy.

Well, we went to Spokane a week and a half ago now. We had a great time. We didn't buy a portable dvd player we just borrowed one from a friend. What a life saver it was as we sat in dead stop traffic on our way back on Sunday. It was fun to see our friend the Magees. The weather was wonderful, about 80 degrees. Which was a welcome temperature since we are having the worst summers on the record books. When I say the worst I mean the coldest and I think also the wettest. Normally, I look forward to the a fall season... this year it will be harder to look forward to because we have skipped the summer as far as the weather goes.
Sean was on vacation all last week so he did many house projects. The main one was the floor in our master bedroom is finished. Now, also of the floor in the house is done!!! Go Sean! We are look at digital cameras so that we have one before Ethan 1st birthday which is just a few short days away. We don't want to miss pictures of that.

Still no pictures!

I know that most people who actually check our blog are looking for pictures and for that I am sorry. We are still without a camera. I think we will have to put a hault to some of our million house projects and buy a camera. But, the problem is we are driving to Spokane in a week and a half and have no portable dvd player and it could be a very long ride without one. So, we need to borrow one so that we can but a camera or, we will have to make a decision portable dvd player or camera... pictures screaming children on a car ride or or no pictures of them sitting quiet enjoying the movie on the ride (not to say that they would really scream the whole way... they will just likely need some entertainment).

Becky's parents came up last weekend (flying stand by from Ali, Becky's sister who is a flight attendant). So, we have recent pictures of the kids!!!!

Camera Busted

Well, sorry that there have not been any new picture posted recently... Micah got upset a few weeks ago and nocked the camera out of my hand and now, it is not working. However, Sean's Uncle Jerry was visiting this last weekend and took some pictures. Uncle Jerry takes great picture on a great camera. It is amazing how pictures turn out on a good camera. We took Uncle Jerry and Aunt Janice to Pike's Place Market downtown. We had a great time.

Last week we had some really warm days!!! We loved them and had lots of fun outside (Lucas' favorite place to be).
