We took Lucas to the doctor on Thursday because he was in pain. As it turns out he has a hernia. He then went to meet with a surgeon today. He will be having surgery on Wednesday February 27th.

I'm so sorry to hear that, poor Lucas. Stella actually had a hernia when she was 2 years old and had to have surgery too. It's amazing though how resilient kids are. Lucas will be up and running again the next day. We'll be praying the surgery goes well!

WHERE is this surgery going to be done? Love you and miss you--even though we are still close! I just put you on my calendar so I remember to pray for you.
We are very glad that he is able to have surgery at Childrens. They are wonderful there.
No better place! The Precept ladies at Alderwood will be praying for Lucas and his mommy and daddy this morning.
